忍冬艳蔷薇

房成是清源堂名医谷风所雇佣的管家，谷风的儿子在一场意外之中溺水身亡，谷老太将过错怪罪到了房成的身上，令后者大为不满。为了报复谷家，房成将自己和姘头何秀所生的女儿蔷薇同房家的千金小姐忍冬掉包了。就这样，私生女蔷薇成为了谷家的掌上明珠，过上了衣食无忧的生活，而忍冬则由何秀抚养，生长在赤贫的环境之中。
